The Bruesa team jersey, belonging to Garikoitz Jauregi, highlights the importance of Basque amateur cycling in the mid-2000s. Jauregi, a rider from Gipuzkoa, excelled in the junior ranks with Bruesa, a team that nurtured young talent in the region. Although his name did not reach the international professional stage, he embodied the combative style and dedication characteristic of the region’s cyclists. The striking blue jersey is displayed as a tribute to the local prospects whose efforts nourished regional cycling.
